The camera really has the technology to take multiple photos using different lighting types in order to always have a visible and readable photo of the license plate. The system is so powerful that the technology even works from 1500 ft in the air. Fugitives can no longer run and hide. If they are on the roads and driving they better make sure they are using a vehicle that is someone else’s and has clean record attached the bumper otherwise they will be caught. It is becoming much much more hard to continue being a fugitive on the run. Whether someone had skipped their court date or has a revoked license it has become much more difficult to hide from the law with the use of these license plate scanners.
